OFFICIAL ACT
The Common Council of the City of Rochester, Minnesota hereby authorizes Change
Order #2 with SM Hentges & Sons Construction that will result in an increase to the
contract of $139,642.99 and execution of any necessary documents related to additional
state and federal funding.
