OFFICIAL ACT
The Common Council of the City of Rochester, Minnesota hereby approves the submittal
to the US Department of Transportation (USDOT) of a Better Utilizing Investments to
Leverage Development (BUILD) Grant application for the planning and design of Civic
Center Drive from 16th Avenue to Broadway Avenue and Broadway Avenue from Civic
Center Drive to 6th Street SE.
