RESOLUTION
Mayo Clinic Electric Facilities Cost Responsibility Agreement.
WHEREAS, the Public Utility Board of the City of Rochester adopted a resolution
formally recommending that the Rochester City Council approve the Operations,
Maintenance, & Capital Replacement Agreement for Electrical Facilities Dedicated to
Serving Mayo Clinic.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Common Council of the City of
Rochester, Minnesota, approves the execution of the Operations, Maintenance, &
Capital Replacement Agreement for Electrical Facilities Dedicated to Serving Mayo
Clinic.
PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
