The Common Council of the City of Rochester, Minnesota hereby:
1. Authorizes professional services agreement with Mead & Hunt to provide bidding
and construction administration services related to the relocation of the existing
FAA owned ASR-11 fiberoptic communications cables at the Rochester
International Airport (RST);
