The Common Council of the City of Rochester, Minnesota hereby adopts the corridor
concept plan on 6th Avenue West from Civic Center Dr to 2nd St SW and authorizing the
preparation of final design plans and bid documents for the reconstruction of 6th Avenue
West from Civic Center Drive to W. Center Street - Project Number J8908
