RESOLUTION
Awarding Contract: Mayo Civic Center Auditorium Stage Replacement.
WHEREAS, pursuant to an advertisement for bids for the Mayo Civic Center Auditorium
Stage Replacement, the following bids were received complying with the advertisement:
Benike Construction: $107,605
Kraus Anderson Construction: $138,000
WHEREAS, it appears that Benike Construction is the lowest responsible bidder.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Rochester
to award a contract to Benike Construction in the amount of $107,605 for Mayo Civic Center
Auditorium Stage Replacement.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk is directed to return to all bidders the
deposits made with their bids, except the deposits of the successful bidder and the next
lowest bidder, which shall be retained until the contract has been executed.
