RESOLUTION
Approving the Rochester Public Transit’s Agency Safety Plan – 2026 Update
WHEREAS, the Rochester Public Transit has updated previously the Agency Safety Plan
with safety actions and annual safety targets.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Common Council of the City of Rochester
that approve updates to the Rochester Public Transit Agency Safey Plan to meet Federal
Transit Administrations requirements.
PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
