RESOLUTION
Authorizing the grant agreement with the U.S. Department of Transportation
(USDOT) for the South Broadway Avenue Planning Project as part of the Fiscal Year
2025 BUILD Program.
WHEREAS, the City of Rochester has been awarded $2,500,000 under the 2025 BUILD
Program for the South Broadway Avenue Planning Project.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Common Council of the City of Rochester
authorize the Mayor or his/her designee to execute this grant agreement with the U.S.
Department of Transportation upon it’s final review by USDOT on the same terms and
conditions therein or with minor non-substantial changes made by USDOT therein for the
South Broadway Avenue Planning Project.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that additional agreements and amendments to this
agreement may be brought before the council for consideration at future dates.
