OFFICIAL ACT
The Common Council of the City of Rochester, Minnesota hereby:
1. Authorizes a City-Owner Contract Amendment No. 1 for Project No. J5659,
"Public Improvements to Serve Creekview Meadows Third," with City
execution conditional upon full execution of the contract by Owner,
Contractor, and Engineer, and;
2. Amends a Contract for Professional Technical Services with WSE
Engineering Services Ltd. for an additional $30,831.25 related to City-Owner
Contract Amendment No. 1 for Project No. J5659, "Public Improvements to
Serve Creekview Meadows Third," subject to City execution of the City-Owner
Contract Amendment No. 1.
