The Common Council of the City of Rochester, Minnesota hereby:
1. Approves Text Amendment No. CD2026-001TA, to amend Section
60.200.040E of the Unified Development Code (UDC); and
2. Directs the City Attorney's Office to prepare an Ordinance for First Reading.
