OFFICIAL ACT
The Common Council of the City of Rochester, Minnesota hereby:
1. Holds a Public Hearing on a proposed Ordinance amending the Housing Code
(Chapter 7) of the Rochester Code of Ordinances.
2. Approves a proposed Ordinance amending the Housing Code (Chapter 7) of
the Rochester Code of Ordinances.
3. Directs the City Attorney's Office to prepare an Ordinance for a first reading.
