OFFICIAL ACT
The Common Council of the City of Rochester, Minnesota hereby authorizes execution
of purchase agreements transferring 64.01.12.005416, 64.01.12.005415,
64.01.12.005413, and 64.11.34.010040 to First Homes Properties, consistent with their
response to the Request for Proposals on the Disposition and Redevelopment of City-
Owned Residential Properties.
