OFFICIAL ACT
The Common Council of the City of Rochester, Minnesota hereby amends the Affordable
Housing Agreement to reduce the contribution of $1,000,000 to the London Brook Ponds
development to $880,000 to support the creation of 44 for-sale homes via the Home
Ownership Creation Program.
