OFFICIAL ACT
The Common Council of the City of Rochester, Minnesota hereby:
1. Accepts the Feasibility Study with recommendation on the preferred trail route to
advance to final design and;
2. Authorizes a supplemental agreement in the amount of $418,170 with Alliant
Engineering, Inc. for a Final Design of the proposed trail; and
3. Directs the staff to come back to Council with a legal update on any condemnation
action.
