RESOLUTION
Authorization to Execute Minnesota Department of Transportation Grant
Agreement for Corporate Hangar Site Development Project
WHEREAS, the City of Rochester is to receive a state grant for Grant Agreement for
Corporate Hangar Area Site Development Project at the Rochester International
Airport.
BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Rochester as follows:
1. That the State of Minnesota Agreement No. MnDot Contract No. 1063722,
“Grant Agreement for Corporate Hangar Area Site Development Project,” for State
Project No. 5501-247 at the Rochester International Airport is accepted.
2. That the Mayor and the City Clerk are authorized to execute this agreement and
any amendments on behalf of the City of Rochester.

ROCHESTER, MINNESOTA, THIS DAY OF , 2026.
