RESOLUTION
Contract Extension with SP Plus LLC, Project No. 2026-09 for Parking Management
Services.
WHEREAS, pursuant to an existing contract with SP Plus LLC, dated December 6, 2021
for parking management services which expires on December 31, 2026, the City now
wishes to extend that agreement;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Rochester,
Minnesota, that the request to extend the SP Plus LLC agreement for an additional term
of January 1, 2027 through December 31, 2031 for an amount of $1,464,850 is hereby
accepted and execution of an amendment is authorized.
