RESOLUTION
Approving Final Plat No. CD2026-019PLAT, To Be Known as Century Valley Fifth,
For the Subdivision of 17.62 Acres Into 16 Residential Lots, Located Between Silver
Creek Rd NE on the South and the Terminus of Bella Vista Lane on the North,
Immediately South of the Century Valley Fourth Subdivision.
WHEREAS, Roger Payne requested from the City of Rochester approval of a Final Plat
to be known as Century Valley Fifth.
WHEREAS, the Major Land Subdivision proposes 16 Single-Family Residential Lots on
16.72 acres of land between Silver Creek Rd NE on the south and the terminus of Bella
Vista Lane on the north, immediately south of the Century Valley Fourth subdivision.
WHEREAS, the Council adopts the findings as described in the Community Development
memo dated September 9, 2026, and finds the proposal meets the criteria in R.C.O §
60.500.040 (subd. H) Final Plat.
WHEREAS, on September 9, 2026, the City of Rochester Common Council held a public
hearing to consider a Final Plat application for the development, adopted the findings of
fact, and approved the Final Plat subject to one condition.
NOW, THEREFORE IT BE RESOLVED, by the Common Council of the City of Rochester,
at a public hearing duly noticed and held on September 9, 2026, the following plat of lands
in Olmsted County, Minnesota is to be known and designated as follows:
Outlot B, Century Valley Fourth, Olmsted County, Minnesota.
Said tract containing 17.62 acres, more or less.
TO BE KNOWN as “Century Village Fifth”, by Roger Payne, Applicant, is hereby
approved, and all dedications of land or interests in land for public purposes as shown on
said plat are hereby accepted, subject to the following condition:
1. Civil Plans & Stormwater Management Plan shall be approved prior to the
submission of the Final Plat mylars for recordation
