OFFICIAL ACT
The Common Council of the City of Rochester, Minnesota hereby authorizes a revocable
permit and agreement with Mayo Clinic Hospital - Rochester for placement of private
improvements within the right-of-way of 1st Ave NW to serve the Andersen Building.
