OFFICIAL ACT
The Common Council of the City of Rochester, Minnesota hereby authorizes a contract
amendment with Kimley-Horn and Associates, Inc. in the amount of $1,417,717.20 for
additional consultant construction management services for the Link Rapid Transit Project
- Project No. J8707.
