OFFICIAL ACT
The Common Council of the City of Rochester, Minnesota hereby approves Zone Change
No. CD2026-002ZC, by 75th AZ, LLC, amending the zoning designation on a 15.75-acre
site from H (Holding Zone) to MXC (Mixed Use General) and; Directing the City Attorney
to prepare an Ordinance for First Reading.
