RESOLUTION
Approving State Airport Fund Grant Agreement with the Minnesota Department of
Transportation
It is resolved by the City of Rochester as follows:
That it has applied for and been awarded a State Airport Fund grant by the
Minnesota Department of Transportation, Agreement Number 1064615
(“Agreement”);
That it hereby agrees to the terms and conditions identified in the
solicitation/application process as conditions for receiving an award through the
Minnesota Department of Transportation; and
That the proper signing officers are hereby authorized to execute the above-
referenced Agreement and any amendments thereto on behalf of the City of
Rochester.
PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ROCHESTER, MINNESOTA, THIS DAY OF , 2026.
