OFFICIAL ACT
The Common Council of the City of Rochester, Minnesota hereby:
1. Approves proposed Ordinance amendment to section 8-8-10 Chapter 8-8
regarding Juvenile Curfew effective date, and
2. Directs the City Attorney's office to prepare the Ordinance for First Reading at a
future council meeting.
