OFFICIAL ACT
The Common Council of the City of Rochester, Minnesota hereby authorizes execution
of a Professional Services Agreement with Bolton & Menk, Inc. in the amount of
$1,194,370 to complete the professional design services for the Reconstruction of 3rd
and 4th Ave NW from Civic Center Drive to Center Street W and adjacent side
connections to be known as Central Loop at 3rd and 4th Avenues.
