OFFICIAL ACT
The Common Council of the City of Rochester, Minnesota hereby authorizes a pedestrian
facilities agreement and temporary construction easement with FOV, LLC to ensure the
installation of pedestrian facilities and reconstruction of a drive approach along frontage
of its property abutting 34th Ave NW right-of-way.
