BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Rochester that the City approve of
and execute a Fire Protection Agreement with Cascade, Marion, Haverhill, and Rochester
Townships effective January 1, 2016, through December 31, 2025.
The Mayor and the City Clerk are authorized and directed to execute this agreement on
behalf of the City.
PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ROCHESTER, MINNESOTA, THIS DAY OF , 2015.
