HomeMy WebLinkAboutResolution No. 335-15 Final Plat #15-002 Creekside Subd.RESOLUTION WHEREAS, New Era Development and Venstar, LLC, a Minnesota Limited Liability Corporation has shown to the satisfaction of the City of Rochester Common Council that it has complied with all conditions of approval imposed upon its Land Subdivision Permit (Final Plat) and all applicable laws and ordinances; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Rochester, Minnesota, that after a hearing duly noticed and held on July 6, 2015, the following plat of lands in Olmsted County, Minnesota are to be known and designated as follows: That part of the Southeast Quarter of Section 29, Township 107 North, Range 14 West, Olmsted County, Minnesota, described as follows: Commencing at the northeast corner of said Southeast Quarter; thence South 87 degrees 54 minutes 21 seconds West, assumed bearing, along the north line of said Southeast Quarter, 1068.04 feet to the east line of the West 1520.00 feet of said Southeast Quarter; thence South 00 degrees 26 minutes 11 seconds West, along said east line, 60.07 feet for the point of beginning; thence continue South 00 degrees 26 minutes 11 seconds West, along said east line, 1252.32 feet to the northerly right of way line of the Dakota, Minnesota and Eastern Railroad; thence South 73 degrees 42 minutes 17 seconds East, along said right of way line, 1119.14 feet to the westerly line of Olmsted County Highway Right of Way Plat No. 68 (the next 4 courses are along said westerly line); thence North 00 degrees 06 minutes 28 seconds East, 66.35 feet; thence North 13 degrees 18 minutes 42 seconds West, 385.54 feet; thence North 08 degrees 59 minutes 39 seconds West, 664.15 feet; thence North 13 degrees 18 minutes 42 seconds West, 499.90 feet to a line which is 70.00 feet southerly of, as measured at right angles to and parallel with, the north line of said Southeast Quarter; thence South 87 degrees 54 minutes 21 seconds West, along said parallel line, 567.69 feet to the east line of the West 1709.77 feet of said Southeast Quarter; thence North 00 degrees 26 minutes 11 seconds East, along said east line, 10.01 feet to a line which is 60.00 feet southerly of, as measured at right angles to and parallel with, the north line of said Southeast Quarter; thence South 87 degrees 54 minutes 21 seconds West, along said parallel line, 189.96 feet to the point of beginning. Containing 29.56 acres, more or less. TO BE KNOWN AS CREEKSIDE SUBDVISION, submitted by New Era Develoment and Venstar, LLC, a Minnesota Limited Liability Corporation, owner and mortgagor, and is hereby approved and all dedications of land or interests in land for public purposes as shown on said plat are hereby accepted.
