BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Rochester that the City enter into
a professional services agreement with Jerich and Associates in the amount of $20,000 for
legislative services for the 2016 legislative session.
The Mayor and City Clerk are authorized and directed to execute this agreement on behalf
of the City.
