BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Rochester that the City approve of
and execute a Master Subscriber Agreement with the State of Minnesota, Office of State Court
Administration to allow the City to continue to use the State's court data service.
The Mayor and the City Clerk are authorized and directed to execute this agreement on
behalf of the City.
PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
