BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Rochester that the City execute a
Supplemental Agreement #1 with Alcon Construction in the amount of $15,124.00 for Project No.
SWM 7-11, J6612, "Emerald Hills Drainageway Repair."
The Mayor and the City Clerk are authorized and directed to execute this supplemental
agreement on behalf of the City.
