BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Rochester that the City approve of
and execute an agreement with Key Builders, Inc., for the completion of the remodel of the Traffic
Operations Building located at 21 Civic Center Drive N.E.
The Mayor and the City Clerk are authorized and directed to execute this agreement on
behalf of the City.
PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ROCHESTER, MINNESOTA, THIS DAY OF , 2015.
