BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Rochester that the City approve of
and execute an agreement with the University of Minnesota Metropolitan Design Center for the
development of design standards and guidelines within the Destination Medical Center
Development Plan's boundary area.
The Mayor and the City Clerk are authorized and directed to execute this agreement on
behalf of the City.
PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ROCHESTER, MINNESOTA, THIS DAY OF , 2015.
