Minuted -of an adhourned•regular meeting of the Gommon Council of tke City
of Rochester, Minnesota, held in the Council Chambers, in the -City Hall, in '

said City, on March 25th,1940.
President,Lemmon.•called the meeting to order at 7:30 o'clock P.M., the
following members being presentl Lemmon, Rmyer, Green, Moody, Mrachek,
i;Williams. Absent: Amundsen.
Upon motion by Moody second by Ilrachek; the minutes of the meeting held
on Mardh 13th, 1940, were approved.
President Lemmon stated this as being the time and place set for a hearing
on the sprinkling and/or flushing, and/or oiling of streets and avenues
during the 1940 season, and asked if any one present wished to be heard on
�' any matter concerning the said sprinkling and/or flushing, and/or oiling of
;either of any of the proposed streets or avenues or parts of streets or avenues.
INo one present wished to be heard.
President Lemmon stated this as being the time and place set for receiving
