matters pertaining to refuse collectors in the City of Rochester; he said the plans for
districting the City and assigning haulers to the districts are nearing completion but ther
would not be time to make any change before the licenses of the haulers expire, so he had
prepared an ordinance that would extend the general refuse collectors license. An Ordinanc

license, was given its first reading. Upon motion by Postier, second by Brunnette, and upo
roll call and all present voting in favor, the rules were suspended and the ordinance was
given its second reading. Upon motion by Larson, second by Postier, and upon roll call and
all present voting in favor, the rules were suspended and the ordinance was given its third
