Alderman Williamd introduced a resolution appropriating $2,000.00 from the Sewer Fund'and $5,000.00 from the Street'and Alley Fund, for use'of the Street 8. Alley Committee, 'which was read. Upon motion by Williams second by Amundsen that the said resolution be adopted'as read, and all voting in favor thereof, President Lemmon declared the said resolution duly passed and adopted. Alderman Williams introduced a resolution authorizing the'Public Utility' Board t6 enter into a contract with the General Electric Supply Corpo-,ation for the furnishing of'95,000 feet �#LL Amerductor wire, and 32,000'feet of 46 Amerductor wire in accordance with specifications for the total lump sum price of $3,235.37, which was read. Upon motion by Mrachek second by Anderson that the said'resolution be adopted as read; and all voting in favor thereof, President Lemmon declared the said resolution duly passed and adopted. ' Alderman Williams introduced a resolution authorizing the'Public Utility Board to enter into a contract with the Graybar Electric Company,inc., for'the furnishing of 36,000 pounds' erire for a total lumr suns price of $5,539.50, in accordance with the' above mentioned resolution request of said Public' Utility Board, which was read. Upon motion by Amundsen second by Moody that the said resolution_ be adopted as read, and all voting in favor thereof, President Lemmon declared the said' resolution duly passed and adopted. Alderman Mrachek introduced a resolution a.utherizing the Public'Utility' Board to enter into contract with the Botsford Lumber Company for the furnishing of 419 poles for a total lump sum price' of' $5,229.00, in accordance with' specification and the above m-entidned resolution request of said Public Utili'ty Board, which was read. Upon motion by Bowers'second by Williams that the said resolution be adopted as read, and all voting in favor thereof,' President Lemmon declared the said resolution duly nas'sed and adopted. Alderman Mrachek introduced a 'res'olut'ion appropriating $'5510.00 from the Interest Fund and ordering payident made to the First National Bank of Rochester, -Minnesota, for the December 1st,1940, maturity of i'nte'rest on City of Rochester Bonds, % Improvement Bonds $112.50, '41% Improvement Bonds $2,295.00, Sewage Disposal 4?3/4 % Bonds $2,327.50, and Surface Drainage Sewer 21% bonds $775.00, which was read.
