F., Milostan for Plumber's License 1were each read, and upon motion by Hanson,- second by Nass, the licenses were grant;;`ed. The applications of Nichols, Dean & Gregg. Co., and the DeSota Creamery I& Produce Co., for permit to place and maintain a sign, were.each read, and upon (motion by Fryer, second by Hanson,.the.permi.ts were granted. The.Official bond of. Francis E. Alderman Fryer introduced a resolution appropriating $563.37 from the (Park Improvement Fund and $92.49 from the Lighting Fund and ordering payment made to City of Rochester, Public Utilities, for electricity and water used, which wa read. Upon motion by Nass, second by Fryer that the said resolution be adop'te las_.read, and all voting in favor thereof, President Lemmon declared the said reso lution duly passed and adopted. Alderman Fryer introduced a resolution appropriating $227.00 from the Sewer Fund and ordering payment made to_the North`Star Iron Works for manhole rings land covers, inlets etc., which was read. Upon motion by Fryer, second by.Hanson that the said resolution be adopted as read, and all voting in favor thereof, President Lemmon declared the said resolution duly passed and adopted. Alderman Hanson introduced a resolution appropriating $305.28 from•the !Park Improvement Fund and ordering, payment made to C. C.Pagenhart for curb along south side of St. Marys Park, which was read. Alderman Hanson introduced a resolution appropriating $279.10 from the Sewer Fund and ordering payment made to the Red Wing Sewer Pipe Co., for 162 feet of sewer pipe, which was read. Upon motion by Hanson, second by Fryer that the said resolution be adopted as read, and all voting in favor thereof, President Lemmon declared -the said resolution duly passed and adopted. Alderman Nass introduced a resolution appropriating $944- 55 from the General Fund and ordering payment made to the Rochester Post -Bulletin, for offic- ial printing and publications, which was read. Upon motion by Fryer, second by Yaeger that the.said resolution be adopted as read, and all voting in favor thereof, President Lemmon declared the said resolution duly passed and adopted. Alderman Nass introduced a resolution appropriating $330.19 from the Sewer Fund and ordering payment made to the Street & Alley Fund for materials checked out of stock during July, 1942, which was read. Upon motion by Hanson, second by Fryer that the said resolution be adopted as read, and all voting in favor thereof, President Lemmon declared the said resolution duly passed and adopted. Alderman Nass introduced a resolution appropriating $1301.95 from the General Fund and $53.75 from the Sewer Fund and ordering payment made to the Street and Alley Fund for use of equipment during July, 1942, which was read. Upon motion by Hanson, second by Fryer that the said resolution be adopted as read, and all voting in favor thereof, President Lemmon declared the - said resolution duly passed and adopted. Alderman Nass introduced a resolution appropriating $1014.00 from the Street and Alley Fund and ordering payment made to the Street and Alley Fund for use of equipment during July, 1942, which was read. Upon motion by Fryer, second by Yaeger that the said resolution be adopted as read, and all voting in favor thereof, President Lemmon declared the said resolution duly passed and adopted. Alderman Nass introduced a resolution appropriating $649.09 from the General Fund and ordering payment made to•the Texas Co. for two transports of gasoline, which was read.
