'ng members being present: President Postier, Aldermen -Allen, Duffy, arson, Powers. Absent: Aldermen Solinger and Strain. E-1 owers moved, Duffy second to adopt Resolution No. 571-80 and 572-80 adopting the Annual Budget for the City of Rochester for the fiscal ear beginning January 1,1981'and certifying the sums of money o be levied against taxable property. Ayes (5), Nays (0). Motion carried. E-2 lowers moved, Duffy second to approve the request,from Builders Land o split a lot in Lands'Section 15 ( 92.83 acres into Innsbruck 5 and which total 12..63 acres for. both Innsbruck 5 and 6 This is,for City Project 7301 J 8476 and 7703- J1 8475. The amount that is desired o be split is $3,209.14 for NWPO Trunkline San. Sewer and $3,171.34 or Water Storage Tank. Ayes (5), Nays (0). Motion carried. E-3 lariance to the Subdivision Ordinance pertaining to a Metes acid Bounds onveyance in Silver Acres Subdivision between 41st and 37th Streets q. W. ( Target Store.). The City Attorney Fred Suhler, Jr. and ssistant City Administrator met with Frank Kottschade and came to no ecommendation on this matter. Roger Plumb, City Public Works Directo resented his street right-of-way dedications that had taken place nd the proposed streets. Majority of these -were accomplished by latting procedure. Each property owner dedicated certain amounts of and. Mr. Plumb stated that his major concern was that a precident las being set by this request and he was not in favor of no dedication fter much discussion by Aldermen and Mr. Plumb, President Postier tated that he would like to see Target come to Rochester but faces he City Policy of dedication in the immediate area and looks to the uture. Having no further discussion, Duffy moved, Powers second to eny the request. Ayes (5), Nays (0). Motion carried. aving no further business, Allen moved, Duffy second to adjourn the meeting.
