Absent : None McConnell moved, Strain second to approve the minutes of the March 20, 1989 meeting. Ayes (4), Nays (0).Motion carried. D-1 Strain moved, Hunziker second to adopt Resolution No. 189-89 ordering a feasibility report from the Public Services Dept. on the following request: Street Construction, San. Sewer, Storm Sewer and Watermain and Service Connections installed into Cimarron Tenth Sub. Ayes (4), Nays (0).Motion carried. E-1 Strain moved, McConnell second to adopt Resolution No. 190-89 award- ing the contract to Odland Construction for street furnishings for the Broadway Reconstruction project - This is in the amount of $74,582.00. Ayes (4), Nays (0). Motion carried. E-2 Alderman Canfield arrived - 2:02 P.M. McConnell moved, Strain second to adopt Resolution No. 191-89 &192-89 approving the following agreements as approved by the Rochester Airport Commission: 1. Agreement to harvest alfalfa and rotation corn crops with Lloyd Crumm. 2. Agreement for office and storage space with the Rochester Buildin( and Maintenance DBE/WBE qualified company. The Mayor and'City Clerk are hereby authorized to execute the agreements on behalf of the City. Ayes (5), Nays (0).Motion carried. E-3 Strain moved, Canfield second to approve the payment of $3,658.20 to TSP Engineering for Plans and Specs on the Airport Steam Heating Line Project J 6923. Ayes (5),Nays (0).Motion carried. E-4 Strain moved, Hunziker second to approve the following Resolutions as approved by the Public Utility Board: Resolution No. 193-89 approving a purchase order agreement with Border States Electric Supply Co. for Padmounted Switches in the amount of $31,052.00. Resolution No. 194-89 approving a purchase agreement with Burmeister Electric Co. for streetlight luminaires in the amount of $46,305.00. Resolution No. 195-89 approving the initiation of cancellation pro- visions contained in a 1962 contract with NW Bell Telephone Co. for telephone booths located in the City of Rochester. The contract states that electricity shall be provided by the City which is in conflict with the Board's policy on providing service.
