Wishing to be heard was Daniel Ross of Rochester and is also opposed to this. He stated that it would split the streets and this would create a problem.Having no further discussion, Canfield moved, Crawford second to deny the permit request and that of the Public Services who.were in opposition. Resolution No. 116-92 approving a contract agreement with Hathaway Tree Service for 1992 tree trimming in the amount of not to exceed $100,000. Resolution No. 117-92 approving consent to the O'Brien, Ehrick, Wolf Deaner and Maus;law.'firm representation of Roch.Meth. E-14 Solinger moved, McConnell second to adopt -Resolution No. 118-92 - 119-20 and 120-92 authorizing the City Clerk to advertise for bids on Plant Mixed Bit and Aggregate Materials - sand gravel, crushed rock and oversize rock and Liquid asphalt - Bids to be opened at 11:00 A.M. on March 24, 1992.
