President Bach stated that he felt the Council should take some action on the matter of changing the work policy as it was almost impossiblefor the Board of Park Commissioners to hire an auditorium manager at 90% of the salary as set. Mayor McQuillan also stated that he felt the work policy should be revised and suggested that perhaps the yearly salary could be paid instead of monthly as long as the budget had provided for it, which would increase the salary as long as no salary had been paid to a manager for the past 2 months. President Bach then appointed Aldermen Haas and Briese to work together with the Mayor, City Attorney and Board of Park Commissioners on this matter. Upon motion by Morris, second by Haas, the meeting was adjourned. e 74 z e, &-; ClAy Clerk •
