Motion by Rommel secondYby Case carried that Estimate No 3 showing the sum
`. lof $6945:45 as being due the Illinois Steel Bridge Company under contract for the
construction of a reinforced canerete bridge over Bear Creek at the, intersection of
Sixth Street Southeast and, Ninth Avenue Southeast, heretofore prepared and, submitted
"- Ilby Charles H. Armstrong. City Engineer, be now accented and placed on file.

construction of bridge over Bear Creek, as per Estimate No. 3, approved and allowed
