Alderman Hicks introduced the following resolution, which was read: "Be it resolved by the Common Council of the City of Rochester., Minne- sota: That the Contract for need to the following described property in the County of Olmsted and State of T�rinnesota, to wit: The north half ('- of Lot. No. five (5), and all of lots six (6) and seven (7) in Block Thirteen (13) in the Original Plat of the tocln, now city, of Rochester., as sir'ned by Amelia H. On motion by Kitzman second by !idler the sum of $39.33 was appropriat- 549 ed from the Lighhting Fund and payment ordered to the Public Utility Fund being, for November 1.925 tax eollections for miscellaneous street lighting. On motion by Kitzman second by Hicks the surn of '$150.00 was ap-r,)ropr.iated from the General Fund and ordered paid to the Treasurer of the Eivic Leart;ue for July and August and September, 1.9250 Women's Rest Room expenses. Motion by Kitzman- second by Hicks budget ledger transfers were ordered as follows: ?2.44 to transfer- Armory Bond principal tax collections to malre available for payment of Sewer Bond principb,19 and 54 cents to transfer tax collections for - Armory Bondi interest to mate available for Sewer. Bond interest* On motion by Adler second by Kitzman the sum of $57.63 was appropriated from the C-;eneral Fund and ordered paid to J. T. Lemmon, Vayor., bein!; the sum collect- ed in the 1.925 ta;; settlement for IAayor's Contingent Fund. On motion by Bach second by Hicks the following, appropriations vwere made and payments ordered as mentioned:- 41 cents from the General 1knd to the Sewer Fund to return costs of John Brumm injury; UO3.70 from the Lighting Find to the General Pund for return of temporary transfer; $1.41 from Sinking Ikind to General Fund for return of temporary transfers, and $ .B2 from the Dire Protection Fund to the Genera Fund for return of temporary transfers. Motion by Kitzman second by Adler the sum of 0155.04 �,:as appropriated from the General F:!nd and ordering; payment made to the Permanent Tmprovement Revolving Fund, being the Permanent Tmprovement Revolving Fund's share in the November 1925 collection of tax penalties. Certificate made by Amiel L. Glabe, County Auditor, under date of November 27th, 1925, showing refundments by the Minnesota Tax Commission on the 1923 tax levy of !i"44.53, and on the 1924 tax levy of ip175.54, was read, and on motion by Postier second by Kitzman, the City Clerk was instructed to adjust his tax records according- ly. Lentfer, Treasurer of the Rochester Park Band, from the Povember 1925 tax collection tor free musical entertainment for the general public; which was read.
