Upon motion by Lemmon, second by Rommel, the Board of Park Commissioners wer( instructed to build a sidewalk throe=;h Mayo Park at an approximate cost of ''31800.00, which said amount will be included in the 1928, tax levy budget. t The report of the City Weighmaster for the month of August,1928, showing WeighiAg fees collected in the Amount of '23.20, was read, and President Liddle referred the same -to the Finance Committee. A petition asking that a sanitary sewer be constructed and a water main laid in Seventh Street Northwest, between Ninth Avenue ,Northwest and Eleventh Avenue Northwest ( the water main to be assessed . to the property benefited with refundment when service use is commenced), was read, and »pon motion by Hicks, second by Lemmon, the said petition w^s referred to the Sewer Committee and the Water Committee.
