Meeting called to order by President L.iddle#*, Roll Call, Present: Liddld, Erickson, Hicks, Miller, Rommel, Vihstadt. Absent: Schroeder* Upon motion by Rommel, second by Erickson, the minutes of the meeting held on October 7th, 1929, Were approved, Miss Clara Bush made complaint about the damage to -her nursery stock from the drainage from Sixth Street Southwest, after it was graded to an established grade line,, and upon motion by Erickson, second by Vihstadt, the matter was referred to the City Attorney for his c onsiders- t ion and report thereon, Alderman Schroeder came in at this time and took his Chair. Alderman Erickson introduced a resolution authorizing the Public Utility Board to purchase the phys icl,1 properties of the Olmsted County Power Company, in accordance with their request heretofore quoted, which was read. A motion by. Erickson that the said resolution be not adopted as read, received no second, .and a motion by Hicks., that the said resolution be adapted as read received no second, at which both df'them with drew their motion. -Alderman Rommel - introduced the following resolution, which was read: "Be it resolved by the Common Council of the City of Rochester, Minnesota: That the Public Utility. Board' of said City, be and the said Board is hereby authorized.to enter into an agreement with the Mayo Properties Association for' 22: the furnishing of electricity to the Institute of Experimental Medicine of the Mayo Clinic, in accordance with the following. copy of the resolu- tion passed and adopted bit the Public Utility Board of said City on November lst,1929, and with copy of communicat ion"addressed. by the Mayo Pr�perties Association to the Public Ut lily Board of said City under date of November 1st, 1929; "Be it and it is hereby resolved by the Public Utility Board of the City of Roehester,Minnesota that, theproposal�-.of. the Mayo..Properties Association, Dr..C. H.
