Adams, for transfer of histaxieab license No.29 from taxicabio,A=5, bearing State license No. B-377818, to Ford taxicab bearing State license No. B-383600, was read, and upon motion by Vihstadt, second by Erickson, transfer was gaiited. The report of the City Weighmast'er for the month of November,1929, sho, ing $40.60 collected as weighing fees; was read, and.President Liddle referred the same ...to the Finance Committee. General. This not having been done, I would prefer not to submit my report without the approval of the entire Committee In case unanimous approval of my.estimate of cost cannot be reached, I suggest that the remainder of the committee be instructed to submit a report, unit of costs, and:reasons for conclusions.of same, In this way, the separate reports may be compared, from which the council may select the one which they consider to be the most equitable.
