Stephan opposed any assessment for the watermalft and said �Iof i'that the sanitary sewer is-- no benefit to him as the part of ; his property which fronts on Ninth Street Northwest has been planted as an orchard. Lee Ranfranz ,objected teary assessment for either of the above improvements. Wm. C. ; Sswinski, objected to an assessment for either of these improvements, Wm. Johnson objected to an assessment for either of these improvements because of a strip of land lying between his property and ':Binth Street Northwest, as did Ralph Cranston, and W. J. Link. I Mrs Brooks agreed that her property was benefitted by these impr ovement s li Bernhard To6be ob jectedto, an assessment on the gr iunds that he did not know that these improvements were being made] " Elmer J. Aune was satisfied that an assessment be made against his property for these improvements. Wm. Ranfranz was not present at this hearing. Wm. Buss was not present at this hearing but Mrs.Lampman said that he was satisfied that assessments be made against his property for this sewer and watermain. 281 Mrs. George Re�pnore stated that these improvements were a benefit to their property and agreed to an assessment accordingly. i Philip Lampman was not present at this hearing. Mrs. Warren E. Lampman, for the Manley Estate, and herf.:interests, stated i that it was agreeable to her that the strips or land along the South side of Ninth Street Northwest which are concerned be assedsed for their full ftontagel, on these improvements.
