person present who wished to be heard concerning either of the said

John F. Stephan opposed any assessment for the watermalft and said

i'that the sanitary sewer is-- no benefit to him as the part of ; his property
which fronts on Ninth Street Northwest has been planted as an orchard.
Lee Ranfranz ,objected teary assessment for either of the above
improvements.
Wm. C. ; Sswinski, objected to an assessment for either of these
improvements,
Wm. Johnson objected to an assessment for either of these
improvements because of a strip of land lying between his property and
':Binth Street Northwest, as did Ralph Cranston, and W. J. Link.

" Elmer J. Aune was satisfied that an assessment be made against
his property for these improvements.

Wm. Buss was not present at this hearing but Mrs.Lampman said
that he was satisfied that assessments be made against his property for
this sewer and watermain.

Mrs. George Re�pnore stated that these improvements were a benefit to their
property and agreed to an assessment accordingly. i
Philip Lampman was not present at this hearing.
Mrs. Warren E. Lampman, for the Manley Estate, and herf.:interests, stated i
that it was agreeable to her that the strips or land along the South
side of Ninth Street Northwest which are concerned be assedsed for their full ftontagel,
on these improvements.

ational truck, and the 1928 motor grader, and of the Rochester Loan P.-Trust Company
50.00, for tornado insurance on the sewage disposal plant, and of Stevenson & Melone

Upon motion by Rommel, second by Hicks, the City Clerk was instructed to
equest of the Board of Park Commissioners that they cause some kind of a temporary
idewalk to be constructed along the South side of the warming house at the skating
ink, so that the pedestrians going through Mayo Park will hot have to go through the
ipmad and slush.
