Minutes ,of an adjourned .regular meeting of the Common
:!Council of the City of Rochester, Minnesota, held In the Council Chambers,

Meeting called to order by President Liddle,
Roll Call. Present: Liddle, Erickson, Hicks, Miller,,
:Rommel, Schroeder, Vihstadt. Absent: None. -
The .following telegram was read, and President Liddle ordered
,that the same be placed on file:

eras present with proposed plans, profiles, specifications, etc., .for the
,,construction,, equipping and furnishing of a new central fire station, and
;the wreaking and removal of the present central fire station, which were
,considered by the Common Council.
Upon motion by Hicks, second by Erickson, the City Clerk was
j.nstrueted to send the following telegram which draft was Later signed by

your assistance.

Upon motion by Rommel, second by Schroeder, it was ordered
that a telegram of similar purport be sent to the proper official of the
6hicago GreafNestern Railroad Company at Chicago, Illinois, and accordingly
the following telegram was prepared:

Proceedings relative to construction of new fire station awaiting

Company is effected, and we will greatly appreciate it if we can know
-= of your Company's decision by the next meeting of the Common Council
