Rochester, Minnesota
October 26,1931.
Mr. A. F. Wright,, City Clerk,
Rochester, Minnesota,
Dear Sir:
I have at hand the claim of the City of Rochester in
the amount of 11,22 which represents an item of overhead included
ina bill presented to the county board for the resurfacing of
Third Avenue Southeast, but which item was rejected and not
included in the payment for the work.
In -as -much -as the county board did not consider the
overhead item as a legitimate claim and rejected it when it first
came to their attention, it would .seem rather fruitless to continue
rendering statements for it.
I am sorry that you were not informed before as to this and
hope that the above information will clear the matter up.
Yours very truly,
A. C . Leonard
Highway Engineer ."
