Meeting called to order by President Liddle. Roll Call. Present: Liddle,',Amundsen, Da,llmKn, Miller, Moody. Absent: Hicks, Vihstadt. The call for the special meetin.�.. was read.; said meeting being. called for the purpose of amending proceedings relative to a trunk line surface drainage sewer in Broadway Street North and a trunk line sanitary sewer in Broadway Street North and Sixth Street Northeast, j to allow alternate bids for concrete pipe andvitrified clay pipe so as in so far as 'it is possible' to use vitrified pipe, and any other business that the said Common Council might deem proper. Alderman Hicks came in at this time and took his Chair. The application of Francis Hoppe for a public dance permit t the Woodman Hall November 18th,19319 was read. Alderman Moddy introduced a resolution granting a public ;dance permit to Francis Hoppe for the Woodman Hall, November 18th,19311, ;atOd fixingthe fee at $5:►00, which was read.
