March 6th,1933, showing Brim ne;l 'fine`s collected $23:409 civil fees received 7.70,
Olmsted County Municipal Court fees paid for January, 1933, $34,05, conciliation
court fees received 04,501, court costs charged.to Olmsted County $3,60, and fines
collected And remitted direct to the'State Treasurer $5.00; and for the week ending
March 13th,1933 , showing criminal fines collected S15.00, civil fees received A5.35,
conciliation court fees received $11650, and court costs charged to Olmsted County

$18.80, were yach read, and President Liddle referred the same to the City Attorney.
The report of the Health Officer for the City Farm, for the month
of February,1933, showing receipts in the amount of $133.33$ disbursements in the
amount of $855,31, and an.overdraft of $1102-673, was read, and President Liddle
ordered that the same be placed on file.
General Balance sheet, trial balance, fund statement, statement
unexpended budget appropriations,ete.., prepared by the City Clerk as at February
28th,1933 ,w6(re laid before the Common Council, and President Liddle ordered that the
same be placed on file,

•That the sum of $3,000,00 be and the said sum is hereby appropriat d
from the General Fund (Code 18.) of said City and order dl paid to Public Utility
Departments (Public Utility Fund) .for payment of loans made December 20th,1932,
$1,000.00 and February,16th►,1933, $2i000.00.

draw a warrant for said sum'upon.the City Treasurer in accordance, herewith, and
cause said payment to be made.

enter the territory which the Olmsted County Po;ver Company has
