Meeting called to order by President Liddle. Roll Call. Present: Liddle, Amundsen, Dallman, Hicks, Miller, Moody, Norton. Absent,: None. The call for the special meeting was read; said meetin;z being called for tbe' purpose of action on applications of the Elk's Club and Mike Caffes for intoxicating liquor licenses. The On Sale intoxicating liquor license application of. the Elk's Club, was read, and upon motion by ]licks, second by Morton, license was granted. The On Sale Intoxicating liquor license bond of the Elks Club, with the Seaboard Surety Company as surety thereon in the amo-ant of $3900.00, was read, and upon motion by Moody, second by Amundsen, the said surety was accepted, the said bond was approved, and it was ordered that the same be placed on file. The application of Mike Caffes, for an On Sale intoxicating liquor license at No.12- Second Street Southeast, was read, and upon motion by Norton,, second by Hicks, license was granted. Honorable Mayor and Common Council, City of Rochester, Minnesota, Gentlemen: We, Christ Margellos, Harry Margellos, and John Margellos, doing business as Margellos•rothers, do hereby make application that On Sale license No.269 and Off Sale License No.56, heretofore issued to us authorizing the sale of non -intoxicating malt liquors at No.14 Broadway Street South, be transferred to Marry Margellos and John Margellos, doing business as Margellos Brothers, in that Christ Margellos has left the partnership.
